Jabber Wockie is a fresh, exciting and upcoming band from Trondheim Norway. The band has appeared at venues such as Credo, Familien, Rabarbra, 3B, International Day Festival, Pias Cafe, Farsun Jazz Club and on the Radio Revolt Morning Show. Jabber Wockie was formed by front figure Hannah Long from Austin Texas and guitarist Arnstien Svanholm of Trondheim. Long (graduate of "American Musical & Dramatic Academy" and "The New School", NYC) has a unique voice, raw, deep and soulful. She performs her own lyrics about life's ups and downs with honesty and humor. On stage she is a fascinating mix of vulnerability and authority! The music draws its inspiration from several genres, especially the American soul and folk music, and is characterized by beautiful melodies with a lot of passion and playfulness.
