Roar Hildonen

Our fantastic green belt, Bymarka, lies there like a food basket, right outside the city centre, and here I find several ingredients for my own dinner and for my restaurant. The charming suburb of Bakklandet gives me peace of mind, either while enjoying a cup of coffee there, or with my fishing rod in my hand. Furthermore, Nidaros Cathedral is one of my favourites, with its fantastic history and the thought of how many people’s fates and fortunes have been sealed there.
